Step 1

- Get Pre-Qualified

It’s easy to get excited to begin the search, but that would be like someone getting behind the wheel of a car without ever passing their driving exam first. The good news is our lending partners can easily walk you through the application process and have an answer for us within 24 hours. Once approved, they’ll send us your pre-qualification letter and we can start shopping!

Step 2

-Book a Consult

Our consultation isn’t for us to convince you how great we are. Instead, it’s simply to focus on your and your homeownsership goals, and any questions you can think of, and outline a path for your purchase. The time we spend together will make the home buying process easier to digest so you know exactly what to expect as we move along through the process.

Step 3

-Search For Your New Home

Now that we’ve done everything the right way and followed our steps in the right order, we’re ready to find your new home. Clicking the ‘Search Properties’ tab below will take you to our MLS portal where you can discover what properties are in your price range, filter specific ‘must-have’ amenities, locations, etc.
