Once you’ve selected a time for consultation, you’ll get directed to our Intake Form for Sellers, as well as an email confirmation for our upcoming consult. Our seller form is a perfect opportunity to tell us everything about your home, so be honest! This way we’re prepared on our end when we chat.

 Selling your home can be bitter-sweet for most homeowners. Our goal is to take a thorough deep dive into not only your property value, but ask a more important question – does it make sense to sell? We’ll gather some info on our call that will really put things into focus, taking into account all of your financial goals into the equation. We’d rather earn a valuable client in the future, if the numbers don’t make sense in the present. If you prefer someone who values honesty over someone just looking for a quick sale, Megan and I should be a good fit.

-Let's Get Your House Ready to List

After our consultation, we’ll schedule a visit to visit your home to uncover any areas where we can add value or make any suggestions regarding repairs or maintenence that buyers typically take note of on their side of the transaction. The little things can make ALL of the difference to a potential home buyer. We want to give them confidence that they’re making the right decision to make an offer both parties feel great about.

-Time To List

 Once we’ve come up with a game plan together and we’ve prepared the home to present to the public, that’s where Megan and I shine! We’ll be taking on the initial investment of marketing your property and having professional photos done. We’ll make sure your listing will be broadcast not only on the local MLS here in our Phoenix market, but also all the well known sites like Zillow, Redfin, Trulia and Realtor.com. These sites have millions of monthly visitors so it’s important we take advantage of that traffic.

-Find the One

Now that we’ve done everything the right way and followed our steps in the right order, we’re ready to find your new home. Clicking the ‘Search Properties’ tab below will take you to our MLS portal where you can discover what properties are in your price range, filter specific ‘must-have’ amenities, locations, etc.
